2009 Customer Survey Results from Gardner Public Safety

During 2009, Five Hundred Twenty confidential survey evaluations were mailed to individuals directly having contact with the Gardner Public Safety Department. One Hundred fifty one surveys were returned. The results of these surveys are utilized as an on-going evaluation of Public Safety services provided to the Citizens of Gardner.
Chart Summary:
Level of satisfaction: 79% were very satisfied, 20% satisfied, 1% N/A.
99% found the Officer to be courteous and professional.
95% found the Officer's appearance as either good or very good.
Length of wait for Officer's arrival: 25% within 1-2 minutes, 40% 3-5 minutes, 23% 6-10 minutes, 5% longer, % N/A.
